Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident in every purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain the following policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers.
Unopened Products
Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us at info@remembereden.co to initiate a return.
Opened Products
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used intimate products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a resolution — whether that is a replacement or store credit.
The Very Good Box
The Very Good Box may be returned unopened within 30 days. If the outer box has been opened, individual sealed items within the box that remain in their original packaging may still be returned.
How to Start a Return
Email info@remembereden.co with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label where applicable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
